Ordering & delivery (online)

+ - Can you deliver interstate or internationally?

If ordering through our website, we do not ship outside of Kuala Lumpur to other states within Malaysia or internationally. We will take up to 28 working days to process your refund to your original mode of payment if you proceed with the order.

+ - When will my order be sent out?

Air flown, live and Cilantro items will be available for delivery on either Wednesday or Friday each week. We will be able to send out the items on the following day however we do not keep the stock for more than 2 days as some of our products have a limited shelf life and requires to be consumed within 3 days.

+ - How much are delivery costs?

Delivery costs will be calculated upon check out and will be based on the rates of our delivery partner Lalamove. The charge will then be added to your total bill.

+ - Is self-pick up available?

Yes! For self-pick up you may select the option upon checking out. Kindly note our pick up hours are:

Monday – Tuesday : Closed

Wednesday – Friday: 12.30pm – 5.30pm

Saturday – Sunday: 12.30pm – 4.30pm

Public Holidays: Closed

+ - Can I request a delivery window to arrive when I am home?

Yes you can. You may select a time that is suitable for you upon check out.

+ - What is your order cutoff time and can I cancel an order once placed?

Wagyu and frozen itemsDelivery will be within 24 hours unless a specified delivery date and time is requested.
+ - Is every product in stock when I place my order online? What do I do if it’s not?

Most All products are in stock however specific items in particular air flown products may not be in available at time of purchase / auction. If the item that you have purchased is not in stock due to unforeseen reasons, we will get in touch with you through the listed contact information provided.

+ - What will the packaging of my items arrive in?

All our items will be sent out in a cooler bag with an ice pack.

+ - Can I include a personal note on my order?

Yes you can. You may select to gift box an order upon check out. An additional RM30 will apply for orders below RM2000.

+ - I need to order products for a specific delivery day, how do I make that happen?

You can specify your preferred delivery date & time upon check out.

+ - I have an issue with my order, what should I do?

For any issues with your order, you may get in touch with us directly at 012 665 1665 or email us at hellooonee@gmail.com. We will attend to your issues within our business hours.

+ - What is your policy on Returns & Cancellations after I’ve received my order?

1) Customers have the right to exchange goods under the condition where goods are expired upon receiving.
2) We are not responsible and do not bear the risk of customers who did not store their products in a proper way.
3) We will provide refund if driver did not deliver the products nicely, e.g. lack of appropriate packing.
4) Should customers find any problem during/after purchase, customers are eligible to exchange goods within 12 hours time only.
5) Strictly no exchange of goods if customers made the wrong order for intended purchase item.

Monday – Tuesday: Closed

Wednesday – Friday: 11am – 6pm

Saturday – Sunday: 11am – 5pm

+ - Can I purchase items at your shop?

We only stock certain items such as Wagyu beef, frozen seafood and dry good in our shop as air flown & live items have a limited shelf life. To order our full range of items will be through our website only. If you prefer to drop by and have a chat with our sales staff, you are also welcome pre order and pay for the items at our shop.

+ - What is I miss my self-collection pick up day?

Air flown & Cilantro Items: If your order remains uncollected for up to 3 days, the order will be forfeited without a refund.

 

Frozen items/ Wagyu beef: If your order remains uncollected for up to 5 days, the order will be forfeited without a refund.

+ - How can I make payment?

Accepted payment methods include:

  • Cash (retail only)
+ - Do you accept cash on delivery?

As our products are high in value with a limited shelf life, we will require full payment prior to delivery to confirm your order.
