Description
Engawa is the fin of flounder fish that have been carefully sliced into thin strips. A fatty fish packed with omega oils, it is best eaten lightly seared using a blow torch, and paired with rice. For added flavor, try marinating the fish in our signature engawa sauce before and after torching.
Engawa AA contains fillets that are longer and thicker compared to the standard engawa.
