Not to be mistaken with the common duck breast, this Duck Magret differs slightly in taste giving a much richer and flavoursome palate. “Magret” is only applicable for Mulard duck, the king of ducks of which is the duck used in France to produce Foie Gras.
Our Duck Breast is produced by established producer Jean Larnaudie. Larnaudie has been producing fine duck products in Figeac in the South-West of France for over 50 years. Their strong sense of family tradition and history combined with careful selection of only the best produce defines their philosophy.
